Ran 3 miles today and it feels great. Started just before sunset so it wasn't too cold 50 degree give or take so I put on my usual workout shirt and shorts and a hoodie. My left calf did start feeling sore after about the first mile, but I got though it. Listened to an audio book from audible called " The Miracle Morning". Hoping to get inspired to stay focused and now I'm about to eat dinner. So peace!
