A day behind

Ran 3 miles today and it feels great. Started just before sunset so it wasn't too cold 50 degree give or take so I put on my usual workout shirt and shorts and  a hoodie.  My left calf did start feeling sore after about the first mile, but I got though it. Listened to an audio book from audible called " The Miracle Morning". Hoping to get inspired to stay focused and now I'm about to eat dinner. So peace!

Running 3 miles

This is my first 3 mile run in awhile. The past month I've been running one or two miles once or twice a week. Today I got up to 1 mile and decided to go for more. It wasn't easy and I'm not in the best shape or even ready to keep going but, doing this blog will hopefully change that.  I want to start being consistent and at least running 2 days a week if not 3 plus lift some weights in my apartments workout room. My main goal is to feel better and become a healthier person.
